How much is a day of meals in Kraków?
The price varies with your calorie level and how long you order for. At 900 kcal, a day costs 108 zł if you order for 1–4 days; from 5 days it’s 104 zł, and from 20 days 100 zł. Higher calorie levels cost more, starting at 130 zł for 1,600 kcal, 157 zł for 2,200 kcal and 177 zł for 3,000 kcal. If you’d like cutlery, we can add it at extra cost. Prices in Kraków are the same as in the other cities we deliver to, and delivery is free.
What does a month of meals come to?
You can order for a single day or for longer. Thirty days cost 3,000 zł at 900 kcal and 5,310 zł at 3,000 kcal. With an order of 30 days or more, we add 4 free days. Your first order of 4–9 days comes with 1 extra day free.
Which parts of Kraków do you cover, and by what time?
We deliver overnight to every district of Kraków from Monday to Saturday. Sunday’s food comes with the Saturday delivery. We reach most districts by 6:00. On the outskirts, which mostly means Nowa Huta and Wzgórza Krzesławickie in the east, we get there by 7:00. In the towns around Kraków we deliver by 7:00 or 7:30, depending on the address. You’ll see the exact time for your address when you order.
Do I need to be in for the delivery?
No, you don’t. We deliver at night, so we leave your meals outside the door and send you a text as soon as we’ve delivered. We’ll just need your intercom code to get into the building, or a note in your order if there isn’t one.
How does the food stay fresh overnight?
We cook everything in our own kitchen. Overnight, your meals are kept no warmer than 7 °C in refrigerated vans, and we deliver them to your door by morning.

For tomorrow’s meals, order by 12:00 today. If you’d like to pause, move a day, skip one or switch to a new address, message us on Telegram or WhatsApp the day before, by 12:00, and we’ll sort it out.
