- Meals are left at the door or, on Warsaw mornings, handed over. At night, in Warsaw and other cities, we also text you; just share your intercom code or say there's none.
- Kept cold
- In Warsaw mornings we use insulated bags; overnight and to other cities, refrigerated vans. Never above 7 °C.
- For tomorrow
- Order by 12:00 and the meals arrive the next morning.
- Sunday
- We deliver Monday to Saturday, and Sunday's meals arrive together with Saturday's.

How much does a day cost in Warsaw?
It depends on the calories and how many days you order. A 900 kcal day is 108 zł for one to four days, 104 zł from five days and 100 zł from twenty. At 3,000 kcal it is 185 zł for one to four days and 177 zł from twenty. The price is the same in every district, with nothing added for delivery.
When and where do you deliver in Warsaw?
Within the city we deliver by the time you choose, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30 or 10:00, and leave your meals at the door or hand them to you. We can also deliver overnight, by 6:00, and leave them at your door. In the suburbs, such as Ząbki, Marki and Piaseczno, a courier brings them overnight, by 5:30 or 6:00, depending on your address.
Can I order for a whole month?
Yes, for any number of days. From 10 days you get 1 extra day free, from 20 days 2, and from 30 days 4; a first order of 4 days or more adds another free day. You can move a day or change the address until 12:00 the day before.
Why order a box diet instead of cooking?
Because the day is already counted and already made. The calories and the protein are set, four weeks of menus run without a repeat, and anything you cannot eat is noted when you order, with a manager confirming the swap. What you save is the shopping, the cooking and the washing up.
How does ordering work?
You choose the plan, the calories and the number of days, then give the address and any preferences. A manager confirms the details and sends a payment link. The first delivery comes on the day you picked, at the hour you picked.
