How delivery works

Time
Choose a delivery time between 7:30 and 10:00.
Handover
We leave your order at the door or hand it to you in person — whichever you prefer.
First day
Order by 12:00 for delivery the next day.
Sunday
Sunday’s meals are delivered together with Saturday’s order.

Changes

Move a delivery or change the address
Changes can be made until 12:00 the day before delivery.

What is worth knowing before you choose a plan.

How many calories do I need?

It depends on your goal, your daily routine and how active you are. Use the calculator, or write to us and we’ll help you work it out.

Can I exclude products or have an allergy taken into account?

Yes. When you place the order, list any allergies, intolerances or ingredients you want left out. The manager will confirm which swaps are available and tell you in advance about any extra charge.

How does delivery work?

We deliver across Warsaw, to your home or your office. When you order you can choose an available time and how you want to receive it: in person, or contact-free, left at your door.

How late can I place an order?

We take orders for the next day until 12:00.

Can I move an order or pause it?

Yes — you can change the address, the time or the delivery dates, and you can pause the order. Get in touch before 12:00 so the manager has time to make the change.

Does the menu repeat?

The Nutreasy menu runs for four weeks without repeating, so the food stays varied.
